I used to work for a plastic surgeon. The thing he used to tell people was, “ you can turn back the clock, but you can’t keep it from ticking” Made a big impression on me.

This channel really shows what the progression of time does to people. Famous or not famous, nobody escapes the process of aging. It really puts your own mortality into perspective.

This specialist is so good. He is so factual and not judgemental.

Looking forward to seeing the MUSK video. But man, watching these videos also reminds me of the aging changes we all will/have gone through!

No matter what doctors do, no one can stop aging. It always shows up.

I watch your videos not because I care about these people but to hear the way you explain things. Such a natural educator- Gary 🤓

I am so happy to hear a plastic surgeon say “asymmetry is normal, ” because it has bothered me since I was a child, and even worse after I read that people who are left-handed are much more prone to asymmetrical face and body. Looking at myself, I believe that is true. As I will be 50 next month, I have earned enough to afford plastic surgeries, yet exactly because I will be 50, I think to myself why start now? Nonetheless, I truly enjoy this channel and would entrust myself to this doctor 100%.

Refreshing to have a doctor actually doing a walk through of their area of expertise .. not a seminar, just a casual illustration and explanation . thanks for that.

I love how Tom has maintained symmetry with his ears - one on either side of his head. Over the years, it must have been tempting for him to experiment and to have moved his ears onto his nose, or above his eyes. But Tom has consistently resisted such trends and maintained a standard "2-either-side" facial formation. That's classic and understated Cruise for you.

I am fascinated by your videos. They are so interesting! I worked in a high-end retail store in cosmetics as a make-up artist and find that really good regimen can help you feel good and improve one's attitude.Actually, I was a make-up artist for 50 years. Also, getting good sleep is essential for looking youthful. But, if you can afford little fixes I am all for it!

I always liked his nose. I think it suits him really well. I agree, you don't need to have a "perfect" nose to have a beautiful nose.

I love your analysis and observations. Human faces, and how they differ, age, or change (expressions) have always fascinated me. Watching this is addictive.

Surgery or not, you can't deny he's taken care of himself well with a balanced diet, exercise, and physical activity. Most people his age don't even put in half the effort he does.
I don't think I'll do any surgery but I plan on taking care of myself and looking good, well past my 50s.

Tom has always looked great, he maintain and doesn't overdue plastic surgery. The last picture of him reminds me of someone who is on prednisone, it gives you a very round fat moon face. He has had several injuries and sometimes a short term treatment of prednisone can really help with inflamation. Tom rarely let's his weight go up that high.

Dr Gary - your uploads are always fun insightful and educational . If you see this comment - Cruise always had a tooth gap and damage on his upper
incisor teeth . Notice his left incisor drops in the exact MIDDLE of this
smile line - you cannot unsee it once you know - but of all the Hollywood stars - cruise has retained his youth
at 60+ including his weight . He’s amazingly disciplined in all areas of his life including self care

I am so happy that I found this channel. This doctor explains everything in a way that the average person can understand it. I like that he explains what muscles are involved. For example, in the neck. I would go to a plastic surgeon like Dr. Gary. I have had plastic surgery, but it was for breast reconstruction after breast cancer. I had the first set of implants removed because they were the ones that were recalled and caused a different type of cancer, plus one of mine ruptured so now I’m on my second set of implants, hoping nothing goes wrong with these ones. Anyway, I am very interested in the Ptosis of the eye surgery. my right eye is closing, I see my ophthalmologist for Botox injection above the eyebrow. I don’t know if I’m going to surgery in the future. Sorry this is so long😊
