the reason you didnt found the fal is because its name in game is the SA58 (if im not wrong is a variant of the FAL made by a american manufacturer but it is the FAL)

Actually there is a way to just run and gun

First you either need a shotgun or a SMG, then make it as light weight as possible to make your character run faster and boom! You've just become sonic who has become a US patriot

The reason why you were point aiming at the start was cause you hit b I think, when you spawn in there should be a list of controls on your right, you probably closed it for filming
