This is weird for me to say, but I could see Matt on some big mob movie or series. His voice has really aged, but sounds badass. Really enjoyed his acting.

For those who don't know Newton and Brookline are considered by bostonians as being wealthy ritzy areas. The working class part of Newton is Nonantum where Joey is from. Nonantum is known by locals as " The Lake" . I lived in Newtonville for a few years ; which is just a few blocks away, and I loved Nonantum! One of the most "authentic" feeling Italian neighborhoods ive been too. From the architecture to the old school italian resturants. If you ever are in the area make sure you give this area a visit! The yearly Italian festival there is a blast too ( best Gnocchi i ever had) And yes people really do talk like that !

Matt's performance in Episodes is beyond a comeback. He's a great actor. It must have been difficult for him to shake the Joey character from his public persona. I'd like to think there's a a few decent scripts coming his way, would like to see the other sides of his acting abilities

I met Matt on an acting job last year and he was such a nice guy. I find it so weird seeing someone i've had a normal conversation with sat on Conan. mad world we live in . :)
