1) When he was working in India HE HIMSELF in a sense moonlighted. He was setting up his business on the side was discussing things with his colleagues taking up side contracts etc. So what moral right does he have in saying employees should not moonlight to progress.
2) If youngsters are being more productive by working in 2 places that means they are being more productive rt? So by improving their output how is India not benefiting? I mean they are contributing to a greater GDP rt?

I completely support this. Why work 70 hours? 168 hours a week sounds better don't you think? Take our kidneys, take our liver, take our livelyhood and happiness. We don't have lives, only you and the Corporate owners have it right? Do anything with us, moolight-sunlight-gaslight all light.

Infosys, TCS and all the other big MNC should start paying better to their employees. They do not want skilled employees, but slaves who will work for peanuts.
They will hire outside skill for a 50-80% hike, but give their best employees just 5-8%.

I am very sorry sir. I will politely request you to think from a perspective of a employee who is getting just 25k in your company...after working a month seriously and even not able to buy madicine for his mother. Gets 0 increment on your company is not making enough profit and miniscule when company is having huge profits. If you could give him a budget plan to survive in a major city with 25k salary and have some savings to reduce his anxiety ( work pressure don't give anxiety.... 25k salary gives) then i will love to support your statement. You won't give enough salary, won't give job security, always keep company profit top of everything and expect to employees to be loyal. I will politely say it is not loyalty it is slavery. Thank you sir you are a great person. But i do not agree with you on this.

Everyone has a right to decide what suits them best professionally. Sir you've earned accolades and have great respect of all but you are in no position to decide for an individual how he/she wants to make their life more successful.

These people worked as a brokers using indian minds for Western technology and services. It's not a problem but have they invested part of their profits on R and D, building indian techs and patenting them, we would have been in a better place.

If employees work elsewhere then they'll become financially well off and may either leave Infosys(a prestigious organization where people are ready to work even for zero salary) or start something of their own.

I still didn't get the point why he goes against WFH in general. I personally have felt atleast 2x efficiency as a Front End Developer during WFH.
