How could you possibly account durability to Leonidas?


Canonically, Achilles’ blessing is literal invulnerability apart from his sole weakpoint (located on heel).
By that, Leonidas loses in every case, either in which he doesn’t have a prior knowledge of Achilles’ weakpoint (which Leonidas can’t gain due to non-obviousness of the fact of weakpoint whatsoever) or in which Leonidas doesn’t have pure luck by randomly hitting Achilles’ heel during the fight.
Keep in mind that Achilles was defeated by Paris’ strayed arrow to the heel, in other words, solely by coincidence.

Achilles wins on a 1 on 1 engagement with Leonidas.

However if he fights Leonidas alongside his 300, Achilles may be able to take out a few but they will easily outmaneuver him as they are all formidable and capable warriors likely not too far behind Achilles himself.

Leonidas strength doesn’t just come from his greasy fighting skill. Where he truly shines is his leadership capability and willingness to die for his country. His people admire him and will follow him into hell. This is where Leonidas truly shines. Leonidas’s men look up to him and Leonidas sees his men as equals and treats them with that same level of respect and they treat him with the respect same level of respect also.

While Achilles does lead a team of his own, he doesn’t really see them as equals. He sees them as beneath him. His sense of self worth and ego are high to point he is arrogant which is what lead to his eventual downfall. Some of his men only follow him out of fear. The rest only follow him because they see him as a means to get what they want. He is a tool, and allows himself to be used as such. He is only respected because of his superior fighting skill and willingness to charge the enemy head on (and he does so in a foolish way rather than a brave, not caring how much of his men he sacrifices in the process and with a total disregard for his own safety. He became too comfortable as a result of his skill, abandoning all sense of tactics and strategy. He became careless leading to his downfall), not because of his character. He isn’t very much liked by others who get to know him. He is also putting others down, putting himself above others which is contrary to Leonidas who inspires and puts up his men. Achilles has more enemies than friends and Leonidas while having many enemies has brothers who will lay down their life for one another.

Even if Achilles and his men went against the Spartans and their 300, Achilles and his men would lose. The Spartans are better trained and more organized and those 300 were the best of the best of the Spartan army and armies of all of Greece. They may not be as good as Achilles but Achilles is only one man and the 300 are more skilled than Achilles men.

bro gave feats to archilles. meanwhile leonidas literally fought til his last breath. the spartans "knew" they were going to die but they still fought. so feats goes to leonidas. and agility goes to leonidas. bc at the first battle scene. he literally charged into a horde of persians. like he killed all of them 1 by 1. and durability goes to leonidas. they literally dont need armor. every spartans are traind like a demon. like in the final battle scene of 300. the commander took a spear and he pulls it even deeper to his guts to kill his enemy, and it took 6 swords man and 1 spear man to kill a single spartan
