My bio:
Sierra Clark is a health creator with a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University. She did Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint protocol for six months with her friend Jesse, documenting the journey in a weekly vlog series. She now hosts Human, a show exploring optimal health and longevity through in-depth interviews with biohackers, experts, and extraordinary people.

Look forward to it. Bryan's clearly created a blueprint that works very well for him, and it's possible that others may benefit - but it is unlikely to be the only way or the best way for everyone. The obvious issue is that he doesn't seem to have repeated his results in others, particularly women.

I think one of the answers is instead of forcing rigid protocols on ourselves, we need to find what works for us, what is healthy and do things we love❤
