Don’t boil the corn. Wrap each ear in foil with a tbsp of butter (divided into two or three pieces to space them out) and toss them into the campfire coals until they start to smell like movie popcorn. Pull them out and pick one out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, or skip the pepper if you don’t like, then enjoy! Welcome to campfire corn! I actually make it in my oven the same way, but it takes longer. Absolutely worth it though!
Also great with Parmesan cheese!

Try corn in the husk & silk in the microwave for 4 min.
Let it cool some and it peels easily, silk too. The taste is phenomenal!!!

Thanks guys. I love the desert southwest and Utah magic. Many good memories. I was on the south rim of the Grand canyon and we were enjoying the scenery. After we turned around, we looked at the other folks around us. All their hair was standing straight up on their head. We knew the lightening might hit any minute. We got off the edge, the rain pored and we jumped on the bus. 😅
