Solved: After Effects Can't Import JPG

This tutorial shows you what to do if After Effects can’t import a jpg file. TL;DR it’s probably set to CMYK. Go into Photoshop. Go to Image ► Mode ► and select RGB Color. Boom! More info below:

How would you go about this if you have an image sequence that is 720 frames long? Changing 720 JPEGs manually in PS is not really something I want to be spending my time on :'D

Hi Josh, Thank you so much. I was creating a JPEG sequence from the After Effects clip to turn it into Lottie files later. After watching your video, I changed the color in the After effect project setting from None to Adobe RGB and rendered the JPEG sequence. Unfortunately, it still refuses to import images 1000 to 1050 but has no problem with the other 100 images in the sequence, just like when I had not changed the color. I don't understand what could be wrong with the first 50 images, exported from After Efects itself. Any insight would help. I appreciate any help you can provide.🙏

When I import or drag more than 1 image on the composition it only shows 1 on all the layers, even if they have different layer names. For example I import image 1, image 2, and image 3, it will only show the preview for image 1 and not the rest! Any solution?
