SCP-096 is NOT A MONSTER!

SCP 096 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as The Shy Guy.

SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition.
SCP096 is normally extremely docile, with pressure sensors inside its cell indicating it spends most of the day pacing by the eastern wall. However, when someone views SCP-096's face, whether it be directly, via video recording, or even a photograph, it will enter a stage of considerable emotional distress. SCP096 will cover its face with its hands and begin screaming, crying, and babbling incoherently. Approximately one (1) to two (2) minutes after the first viewing, SCP-096 will begin running to the person who viewed its face.

It occurs to me to once again compliment the narrator. He gives the characters so much... well, character, but usually not in an overstated way. It's another one of those jobs where if you're doing it well, people don't actually notice.

Could someone but a mask over SCP-096's head? Maybe one with laces on the back that can be tied would be a good option. Since 096 didn't even take a random bag off when first captured by the Foundation, a snuggly fit mask should stay on.

Can the foundation at least give him, like, a few pillows and a blanket? Just *something* 096 can use for comfort?
I understand he's not fully human and may not *need* them, but it's not like those things are dangerous. Just, you know. Something for him to feel a little warm.
Also, imagine being that blind man after the killing, not being able to find anyone and maybe discovering the bodies. Can he get to the town alone? What if he can't? Will he know it was 096 who did the killing?
I feel sorry for both them; 096 just wanted a safe place and a friend, and the old man just wanted to do a good thing and have some company ;;

I've always sympathised for 096, because maybe he can't control his anomalous self-consciencenous and attacks people against it's free will, and cries because it didn't want to kill them. The foundation should let him with 049 more often ( If you read the wiki page you'll know).
