No one wants to be "dominated" by another person. Not unless it's something consensual in the bedroom for a hot minute. Relationships are built on love and respect for one another.

been married 26 years to my husband. I'm definitely the more dominant personality. We compliment each other because we're not assholes, we're teammates. You're so fucking concerned with who's "in charge" you will never really know what a true relationship is like

BS. Every woman finds a way to assert her dominance. If she's smart, she does it sweetly and the man never notices. My Father was 17" taller than my Mother. She ruled his heart. They were married until death.

And if the man is dominant, nine times out of ten he will do the same dam things. Actually, 9.5 times out of 10. My ex cheated and then accused me of it. He kept on cheating behind my back after he apologized. And after he got “born again”. After our divorce he got into Tantra. Is on his third marriage. And I just found out, 18 years after our divorce, that he had told at least one of our children, our daughter, that we had an open marriage! If we did, why did he bring his pastor and two other male members of his church, without warning, to our home to confess about his ten year relationship with a married woman? Daughter was speechless. I assume she partly believed the 🤬.
Neither sex has the right to act like only the other sex is the problem. Immoral people come in all shades, sexes, ages, sizes, and are in almost every group. Men screwed around way more than women before birth control. Only females disdained for making bastards. Still pretty much the case.
How do you talk about guys with “baby mommas”. Do you call them whores? You should. My ex is a whore.

Maybe relationships with a dominant partner are inherently unbalanced and both partners should be equal to each other?

I was that woman- and now he’s married to another strong woman who treats him like he’s a slave. I guess he likes it.

This used to be called "hen-pecking". It's pretty much ALWAYS been a sign of a shit marriage. It's a form of bullying in which the victim gets bullied not because he's afraid of his antagonist, but because he's afraid of "accidentally" strangling her.

Are you basing this off of factual data? What are the statistics to back up your claim? Or are you saying these things because you “feel” as what your saying is true?

Is this mismixture of dominant female and less dominant male only toxic now? Growing up this type of relationship was not uncommon but seemed to work in most cases. Is it just the difference of the era I was in?

I was subservient and I cheated and left on my first relationship. It was the only way I could leave.

Sooo you're saying there's a chance it could work?

Where are your goddamn statistics? From what reputable sources? Don’t worry. I’ll wait.

Is that why guys cheat so much? It's a dominance thing?

Successful marriages are where the man is truly the head of the household. Think of it as the man is the president and the woman is the vice president. Happily married for 21 years. 😊
