Southwest Airlines is not the same… I used to be the biggest fan and loved telling everyone how great traveling with Southwest was! I think I’ve been A-List for 4-5 years, but in the last 5 months, I have had some serious issues.

It started with canceling my flight when I arrived at the gate in Milwaukee after Christmas. I had to book a rental car and a hotel, then drive 16 hours back to Denver….

Then, we flew with our 5 pound dog who was struggling because it was a sauna on the plane. One of workers started yelling at us to put him back under the seat even though he couldn’t breathe. My fiancée started to cry…

Now today, I have been at the airport for the last 12 hours because my flight was delayed so I missed my connection and had to book a new flight…

I have been extremely disappointed with the treatment and compensation from Southwest. I continue to lose money, time, and business opportunities.

More importantly, they just don’t care anymore… 😔

I grew up in Colorado Springs. Granted there are a lot of great tourist attractions but that's where it stops. Ever since the 1990's, people have been moving there (that are NOT military) and ruining the city with their ridiculous extremist politics and religious overreach.
