I just made this version but I added onion and green bell peppers and when I say this is the best dip I ever tasted. Omg, I am a fat kid in heaven right now. With my dip and a peach crush drink and the equalizer tv show on tv. Thank you so much.

Almost there…

Use Gouda and Monterey Jack… use crema instead of sour cream…. Use cream of jalapeño and cream of poblano

Top it with crema, Tajin, bacon, Cotija and cilantro

looks pretty bland i would’ve added lime, chili powder, way more tajin, valentina, sprinkled cotija to give it a more authentic elote taste
