This is a blown thermal fuse. It connects the heating element for the milk system to the machines electronics. The thermal fuse is there to protect any overheating. It’s possible to just connect the 2 wires if soldered however then you are bypassing a safety mechanism. The fuses are cheap and the repair itself is quite simple.

I have the same problem with my coffee machine (lattissima ONE), even though I put new fuses, they burn (there are two, one for each resistance). Why do they burn continuously? Does anyone know?
