I love that song and it's great to get a chance to hear it again exactly as I rememberer it when I was a teenager, so Thank-you for that. But I must say this song in particular highlights very well one of the reasons why I abandoned L'P's and went for CD/Flac and never looked back... (I don't like MP3 either).
Every S Michael pronounces is suffering from distortion here. With a newer/cleaner disc and cartridge, it may be less obvious but here we can hear him sing "carelech whichper"
