How can I have a QRCOD entry for my form? For example, a person enters information in the form and needs to enter the code. Now, instead of entering the code manually, say the QRCODE from your mobile camera and the form will be completed.

So is it possible to utilize the QR with the collected data (from an integrated Google Form) and include it in the thank you e-mail they would receive after they fill out the form. The QR code would need to show on their e-mail so it could later be used to scan them into an event
