Babies and children that haven’t received those hugs by their parents!! Absolutely ridiculous if I had not long given birth to my child I wouldn’t not be hugging them or breastfeeding because if covid people are forgetting the rules about social bubbles and people you can actually see/hug etc
I’ve never heard such rubbish I WOULD be hugging my newborn baby
