Oikos triple zero: Whats not to like! Oikos triple zero has zero fats, zero sugars and zero artificial sweeteners and 15 grams of protein per container! I gave this some thought though.. how can yogurt a seemingly fatty food be this good for you. Is Oikos triple zero actually healthy for you.. so the ingredients list!

This channel lacks superb knowledge. Anyone with in depth knowledge would know that using Stevia (an artificial sugar) is not healthy because it and other artificial sugars have been linked to cancer. Stevia as a substitute for sugar is a fine trade off, but make sure not to eat products with artificial sugar too often
