So I Finally got a ticket to Dallas Hyrox after weeks of looking. The Mens Pro wasn't in the cards so I'll be doing the Mens Open. 54:46 is my age group World Record, so that's the new target we have our sights set on!

I am not trying to judge in any way, but I think you need to work on your sled push form. The way you push off with your feet can have a negative impact on your lower body down the road, especially since it's heavy weight. Keep up the great work!
