It's actually really fun. Enough to replay on new game+ on a harder difficulty. Lots of moves unlocked and combat starts to feel challenging. It's basically God of War for kids, with more platforming and puzzles.

As someone who has played and actually finished it and isn't endlessly parroting dunkey... yeah, wow. Knack 2 was actually pretty decent! More decent than I expected.

I actually liked the story. I think it took longer than I would have liked to get started, but once things finally started rolling... I actually wanted to keep playing to see what happens next. Things really do build up to a surprisingly epic finale. In fact, the story even had a few twists I didn't see coming, though some twists were easy to see coming as well.

Couple all of that with good voice-acting (I'm legit serious here- Knack does more than make ice puns. He actually has some tender, worthwhile things to say at times), decent platforming, and tight combat that really requires you to think out a strategy rather than mindlessly button mash... and Knack 2 is better than the dunkey parrots would have you believe.

For those who have the capacity to think for themselves and aren't easily manipulated by memes, give Knack 2 a shot. I'm honestly glad I saw it through. In fact, if Knack 3 were ever announced...

Yeah. I'd be down for it. This series isn't as bad as some would have you believe. I'm glad I brushed past all the group-think and played it for myself.

First time Im playing this game and I gotta say it's really fun.
It's def. one of those jump and run games you must give a try.
Never had the chance to play it on it's release.

Who gives a crap about the story, I'm just glad their still making games like this. But they've been so harshly criticized that developers might not even make them anymore
