Lithuania has clearly indicated to Russia that they are going to be a problem for Russia in the future (presumably because Lithuania expects some Largesse from US for its posture).

But clearly Russians will be thinking on how to resolve the Lithuanian problem AND WHEN.

The issue has not been fully resolved. The transit of goods was allowed only by rail, and this is certainly the basis for Russia's retaliatory measures against Lithuania..
