Oh I don't think it is okay to write the SAT more than once.

If you are someone who thinks that, you need to read this.

It is a 100% OK to take the SAT more than once!

As a matter of fact most of my students who score above 1500 have taken the SAT multiple times—twice, thrice, four times, and some even five times!

One of the biggest myths I hear from students and parents is that colleges only consider your score if you’ve taken the test once or twice.

Let me assure you, colleges don’t care how many times you’ve taken the SAT.

What they care about is your highest score.

The next question is, do colleges find out how many times you’ve taken the test? Well, they can if they want to, but do they really bother? I don’t think so.

Remember, what matters is your score, not the number of attempts.
