Crispy, Creamy, Smoky, Sweet and Sour. This is one of my favourite things to make. Its very simple, just a little love and it will come out perfect every time! Drizzle with a little truffle oil or shavings for an extra special treat!

Dough Recipe (Makes 6 portions):
Flour 1KG
Fresh yeast 20g
Sugar 1 Table spoon
Salt.
Mix well. Let rise for around 45 mins.

Cooking doesn't have to be a chore, make it fun and delicious.

PS The truffle oil is a great addition, I used to work in a nursing home many years ago while a student. We were sitting in the staff room talking about food. Truffles came up. One of the older nurses; who was very quiet usually, like a great old aunt, pipped up "Truffles smell like sex!"
We all stared... but she was correct, they do. Now whenever I eat anything with truffles or truffle oil I think of that older nurse! 😆
