This is a long, soothing 1 hour guided breathing meditation and sleep talk down to help you sleep deeply and peacefully. The meditation starts with 30 minutes of guided breathing and full-body deep relaxation, then half an hour of natural ocean waves . The meditation is without music to help you fully rest in natural sounds of the water. In the meditation there is a slow pace to help you fully unwind, let go of stress and fully relax into a deep and restful sleep.
