How hot is a lightsaber blade?

The plasma blade of the lightsaber is one of the most deadly objects in the Star Wars Galaxy. Able to cut through metal, rock and of course flesh in a very short amount of time, it goes without saying that it was incredibly hot. Through the use of the Kyber Crystal and a containment field, the plasma and it's heat energy was safely contained within the blade, preventing it from releasing a burst of heat energy that could set fire to anything in its immediate vicinity. Although it greatly depended on the blade and the setting, lightsabers had the potential to burn twice as hot as the surface of the sun. That is around 25,000 degrees Celsius or 45,000 degrees Fahrenheit for my American viewers, but despite this some materials such as beskar were resistant to this extreme heat.
