My favorite Hitch film is "Strangers On A Train". One of my schoolmates from junior high on through high school graduation was a creepy guy who was similar to Bruno. He sometimes would zero in on me in gym class and totally freak me out. Marion Lorne is terrific as Bruno's mom. And finally that spectacular climactic carousel scene! Along the way there are plot elements which definitely pushed the envelope back in 1951---Guy's wife pregnant with another man's kid, while Guy himself is carryin' on with a SENATOR'S daughter!! Talk about Peyton Place! Excellent movie.

Alfred Hitchcock was an absolute genius. Too much emphasis was put on his dark side. He did more for the film industry than any other director. Layoff the negative stuff.

Hitchcock was a master of suspense and visual terror, ....he was totally revolutionary and inotive in his originality to achieve the most shocking, and unpredictable, ...he would go to extreme lengths to produce the best results was a nightmare to work with, but he remained insular and focused only making the best moviemaking, he could ... ..and he didn't care who he upset, as long he achieved his goals cold man, ...a genius in front of the camera

Better these weirdos have a safe outlet to make art that entertains the masses instead of quietly working out their sick imagination in real life.

You mean to tell me that Alfred Hitchcock was a sadist, no, not, hitch?! (Sarcasm).
I love the movie, Marnie, that's one of my favorite films. 👌🏾
I just feel super bad for Tippi Hedren, and anybody that worked with him, that was a woman, even is poor daughter?! Yikes! 😟

I wonder if people who banned or wanted to boycott Michael Jackson's music or Kevin Spacey's movies will want to do the same with Hitchcock's work. Hmmm 🤔

I think it isn't reliable, what tippi says about hitch. She changed her meaning about him over the years. Hitch has great friendships with other actress like grace kelly, ingrid bergman or Janet Leigh. They are friends until his death 1980. Today Kim Novak or Eva Marie Saint calls Hitch a gentleman and don't tell stories like that. Kim Novak couldn't even imagine things like tippi said. People from the set of the birds, tells that the things that tippi said aren't the truth and speaks against . So Louisa Lithman, who played the mother in marnie, doesn't underline tippis meaning and thoughts on hitch. Otherwise people from the set of marnie, said that tippi called him pig and other things. I think, tippi should be thankful, without hitch, nobody would know her. The most of the things, that tippi said, isn't reliable for me, who reads two books about hitch and each one book about ingrid bergman and grace kelly( where the good and close friendship between hitch and bergman / kelly is well showed) . It doesn't make sense, because he should do things like that with tippi. I think tippi needed a scandal, so her book became popular. Very sad, like all people who just see her opinion without take a closer view in the hole thing. Just a scandal is lucrative for our modern society. Sad, like the guys, who did this video. Greetings from Germany, so I speak a very good English xD

I now see why Hitchcock movies and the Hitchcock theater, had that unusual twist to them. I will pray for those whom have work with Alfred Hitchcock, I truly didn't see this.
