I live in Russia, but born in Kazakhstan🇰🇿. Beshbarmak (бешбармак) is most popular of Kazakhstan. His visit card. This dish as many others kazakh dishes made from horse meat. Golubci (голубцы) are rolls of minced meat in cabbage leaf. This dish cook in all post-soviet countries. But is more in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Manti (манты) is meal of Central Asia. These are steamed dumplings. All these dishes are very tasty!👍🔥
upd: Plov is uzbekian dish. Very very tasty!
