Have bought two pairs of Bondi shoes, a year for several years. I WALK BECAUSE OF THESE SHOES. GREAT COLORS. THEY KEEPME HAPPY.

Was torn between the two, so I bought a pair of each! I'm a 9 Wide, and find the Clifton 9 to be more comfortable as I have a high arch and arthritis in my toes. The Bondi 8 is thicker and great for walking, but a bit too hard on my plantar fascitis as compared to the Clifton 9. I wore a pair of New Balance that was brand new for comparison, and wound up giving those away.

The first and last Hoka shoes that I will purchase (Bondi 8). It is like running in soft sand, and these runners managed to knock 1 minute/km off my average run time. They just suck the life from your legs as you increase time and kms. I would avoid these shoes for anyone that 1) enjoys running and 2) wants to keep enjoying running. Where they might add value is for recovery days, or for people that are training for an event that has them running through knee deep mud or in very soft sand across sand dunes.

I am a heavy runner (90kg+) that runs 50km+ each week, and have not had an injury in about 5 years. These shoes changed that. My knees and ankles were inflamed and sore for days after running a slow 10km.

I usually wear Saucony or On Cloud shoes, and have recently switched back...and the muscle soreness disappeared...and my times magically came back up to my normal average!!

They are OK and comfortable for wearing around the house as a pair of slippers, but as a shoe for running - i would not recommend.

I heard about Hoka at a PERFECT time. I had a fracture on one foot and still have a small tear on the right. I bought the Clifton 8 on sale... (they do run narrow but I happened upon a sz 9D...fits like a 9M!!!) really liked the feel and wide support of the Bondi8...Sooo, I went back after Christmas for the Bondi's. I LOOVE the Bondi!
I mostly wear them inside the house to chase a 2 yr old!! I plan to get black Bondi8's soon as royal blue/green does not go with much!! (Sometimes I just don't care😅 )

I love my Bondi 8s, but they're a year old and they're worn and I need a replacement. Not sure if I should take a chance with something else or just get the Bondi 8s again.

Добрый день! У вас есть скрип протектора подошвы Bondi 8 о любую поверхность (кроме ковра)?
Как убрать скрип подошвы? Через сколько месяцев исчезнет скрип протектора подошвы?

Thank you for such a short and insightful video. No gimmicks, no opinions, just comparisons. Subbed.

Btw Bondi 8 is best for me due to relaxed toe box
