In my case I figured out if your headphones are already paired to your iPhone the IPad won’t pick up the headphones when searching so you need to unpair the headphones from your iPhone.

I think you should have suggested turning the iPad off COMPLETELY as the #1 step to fixing the headphone issue. That's what actually worked for me. Sometimes you don't want to update your iPad right away especially if it's an older iPad. Otherwise good information. 👍

Every time I try anything out of the mundane with an Apple, I have to F1ck with it. Earlier today, I could not migrate pictures from my Air 4 iPad to a Windows 11 Lenovo. Because Apple and Microsoft just don't make enough F ing money! You have to pay EXTRA to get something that works, even for routine tasks.

And every time I turn it on, it is asking me for my verification and bugging me to pay for their icloud services. Where is the a "do not ask me again option" when you really need one? I don't see how my 18 yr old daughter likes these, but I just take her hand me down iPhone and iPad, because I love my daughter as much as I hate Apple. Yet she can't troubleshoot these endless bugs either.
I am aham extra radio operator, licensed pilot who can use all the NAV-Com instrunments, electronic medical records as badly as they are written, but at 68 years and decades of copmuter experience, it's a wonder why I haven't taken a hammer to this.

Trying to use a USB-C jack adaptor for a standard miniplug to hook up to my Vic Firth Steeo head phone. I get an inital sound and then dies. Even my tiny portable transistor radio will power these headphones, but not a $1, 400 Apple! The dongle works on the USB-C p[ort on my Lenovo just fine. I mean, how you F-up a headphone jack? Do I have to waste even more money on their ibuds?

My Spectrum WiFi indicates 4 bars and my PC/Microspoft devices work with my headphones I have the latest OS updates, turned off /restarted, Blue tooth, uplugged/restarted etc. Nothing fixes it. Did I say I hate Apple products?
