Considering the economic and job situations currently in UK, is it a good option to study in Japan instead, if it's providing a quality education in terms of the field like finance, tech or luxury brand, etc and is relatively cheaper than the American and European schools?
Well aware that we need to learn the language as well, but I guess being one of the world's toughest languages, having a skill of it might open up a lot more opportunities outside the country as well.

They have a MEXT scholarship which is similar to the Italian one referred in this video, and would really appreciate your insights on that.

I have been in france and by my experience i can clearly tell you about its experience don't even think pf studying there especially in a private university and finding accomodation is really tough in france i would never recommend france prefer Italy Malta for bachelor and Germany Austria Scandinavian countries for masters or English speaking country
You should never pay your fees all your tution fees all at once always prefer in installments.
