I did felt bummed out when I didn't received my code after a day, but after the second day I did receive the email. Just keep an eye on your inbox for the next day or two.

i ordered on day one ... called on day 2 got codes on day 3 from my support call THEN got my original codes on day 4 ... so i now have 2x copies of the codes ... gave the extra codes to a friend

I was so excited to FINALLY have an exclusive glider for the US. I have not eaten at McDonald's for a long time because they charge way too much for the garbage they serve. I am not a fast food snob. I enjoy a drive thru burger more often than I should. McDonald's quality is consistently horrid. I have been waiting for the code for days. I thought I might not have done the "opt-in" email thing and it was my fault so I suffered through that awful chicken sandwich again and STILL no code. They are the largest restaurant chain on the planet and they can't figure out a redemption code? I hate the company so much. I will happily never eat at McDonald's again. Spares me the diarrhea anyway.

Finally got a response. The CSA gave me "some" codes and hung up on me..no bye..no callback..then tried to use them...Codes were already used....so fck me right...

Another good reason to NOT touch those store apps, so much misleading stuff it's just impossible to make heads or tails of anything in it. I would also send word up with those at Genshin Impact cause they could also be held liable since it is a collab promotion.

I ordered on the first day and got my codes almost 2 days after.

For clarification, I made an order for the crispy chicken meal before accepting the emails. Then, I made an order for the meal and an extra apple pie after turning on emails. Both orders were done by delivery on the same account and I recieved one set of codes in one email.

I was lucky not only did I get both codes within 20 min of ordering but I got the apple pie boxes with the genshin packaging I feel very fortunate..

I got my codes literally 30 minutes after picking up my meal. Is nobody turning on their emails? For notifications and rewards??

The McCrispy was disgusting and reminded me why I never goto McDonalds. Imagine paying almost 20 for a cold piece of chicken. The fries were hot so I made it all the way home and started eating. The sandwich and almost threw up it was so bad. We got screwed on codes and food. Mights as well have gave a homeless man that 20 because it woulda had more purpose than that trip

Currently on hold now. The first time I got the meal, I didn’t have my notif’s on and right after that the dude from customer service started typing that down and told me sorry, I can’t give you any codes since you didn’t have that enabled.

So, I got another meal the next day, and still nothing. Been on hold now for 5hr and 16min.. good thing I’m off work today tbh.

Also, they stopped giving people the option to receive a callback like the options was available to me 2 days ago. FML.

I finally got my code email from McDonald's 2 days later so I'm happy.

Also I live in WA and the McCrispy Meal was $12 total. I dislike McDonald's but I was actually relieved it was the McCrispy meal since their Chicken sandwiches are the only thing I will eat there.
