I have a photo of me with a big wide smile, from when I was 1 year old
And whenever I used to feel sad or felt like giving up, I would look at her and remember everything my parents have done to raise me from that little girl to who I am today
And finally their hardwork has paid off, because tomorrow I am starting my studies of post graduate degree in medical science as a dermatology resident

My mental state became so unstable over the years I can’t look at pictures of myself from when I was a kid. I just burst into tears. All I can think is ‘what a waste’. It’s bad I know but that’s just how it is for me now as an adult.

This was the thing in therapy that smacked me back into reality. It wasn’t therapy for my ED, just normal therapy. It shook me so profoundly that since that day I never hold back on anything I do. I’m gonna let that kid live to the fullest. ❤❤❤
