I love this man. I strive to live as he prescribes Compassion is Lovingkindness. It is to respond to others through your Higher Self, your Highest Good. Compassion is to be a pure channel for the Most Sacred High and by drawing upon the experience of Serenity, that which is bright, clear and calm. The respect that we want for ourselves we must extend to all others. Through expressing Love and Light we can have a future that is Bright and Beautiful. We Come together as The One Humanity that we are.

After all, we are all humans and share the same emotions, life.. etc.. Your enemies are your enemies because someone turned them in an enemy. Don't let your enemy turn you into an enemy of another person, instead, respect live and let live.

The Dalai Lama is such a compassionate person. I've read some of his translated books on Buddhism and the like, and he says very similar things within the prologues of them. When people listen, and respect eachother, things happen more peacefully. As he said, the problem will always be there, but it makes it go easier.

Ah, I've always liked what he has to say. It matches my own views, so naturally it makes me happy to see a kindred spirit.

I really loved it. I also appreciate His Holiness the Dalai Lama. 💜💜
With my spiritual path I have also loved watching quite a bit of Master Sri Avinash lately. #SriAvinashDoTV 💜
I've found Sri Avinash's peace teachings have helped me immensely.

Being compassionate really means that one is unable to tolerate the suffering of someone else. I cannot go on with my life and ignore the suffering of someone else who I care about. I feel that I need to do something to help them.

don't have fear of suffering. To have fear of suffering is still suffering. Take the suffering of other people on your own shoulder- then you show that your suffering is truly vanquished. That's real compassion. Compassion is not only a silent feeling in your heart. Your heart should bleed.

As an Israeli i am glad that he used the conflict in my country as an example. whe should learn to accept each other. instead of constantly pointing out where the other is wrong we should have a meaningfull dialogue. also the people outside of israel and palestine also dont help, because they think they should pick a side in a conflict and assert their disdain for the other. this does not help us, if you want to help israel and palestine then acknowlege the right of both sides and try to lead the conversation to a constructive road, without pointing fingers to anyone.
