I have cherished our generous conversation and the opportunity to have learned from you. I too began to wake up at 3am, rather than 4am, to worship. It does make all the difference. What an outstanding example and role model of what human beings should aspire to become, and what an amazing example of loving relationship between a whole nation and its spiritual leader, a tender, loving and caring relationship between the Tibetan people and the Dalai lama, demonstrating true Love in action and mutual concern. Beautiful to behold. Selflessness, Loving Kindness and compassion. What an amazing service rendered to humanity, both in the East and the West where millions were introduced to the loving precepts of Tibetan Buddhism, and universal goodness.

May your consciousness of Love and Light infuse us and inspire more and more minds in humanity, to continue to alleviate suffering throughout the world, to remove all causes and conditions for all physical, emotional, mental and spiritual disease, sickness, limitation and affliction, and instead foster conditions of Joy, brotherhood/sisterhood, kindness, generosity and loving/kindness and compassion.
