Why you didn't use the Scanf instead, it's apparently easier to use it.

We cannot like create the reader outside all functions to make it global so we just need to create it once? Or there is some problem?

Can't we just use fmt.Scanln for this?

Why do we not have to reference r when we call it with the function getInput? Is it because r is of type B as mentioned in lesson 14?

thank you for great videos, why can we use `r` whithout doing `(*r)` ? we are not inside a reciever function, so `r` on line 12 should still be a pointer.

you would've had only 1 dependency if you just used scanf, a function in the fmt library
