The video will take you through the process of creating an artficate that will allow you to create a stand alone application.

We are taking a few liberties here (cutting corners) that a full developer would not do. A full developer would want to properly sign their work and manage their resources better. However, this is just an intro and I'm avoiding overloading everyone.

I followed these steps on windows machine...the only artefact I am able to generate is an exe however. I want the dmg for Mac as well. Is not possible to do so on a Windows machine?

who still uses jre 1.8 (also consider adding that this video only works for jre 1.8)
