My thermostat shows low battery, l replaced it and the problem persist. Don't recommend it.

My biggest issue with Nest for years was the lack of the control with 2 stage systems. I've since now switched to ecobee and recommend them primarily to my customers. Much more control than the Nest to fine tune your system. It looks like they haven't done that in the new version either. I will say, I did like how simple my nest was.

My thermostat is not connecting to wifi, apparently this is a common problem for these ones. Any idea how to fix it?

To those who are saying “this seems like a downgrade from the previous nest thermostat”, it’s suppose to be a downgrade it’s the “budget” edition for nest thermostats

Before you buy one of these go the Facebook page and read about the horrible goggle customer service and all of the issues people have with the Nest thermostats and the WiFi. I have spent days dealing with Goggle customer service, they keep telling me my thermostat is broken and they will send a replacement and they’ll send an email link to get that done and then they don’t. I have wasted, literally, hours trying to get this $200+ paperweight replaced. At this point I would love to just get my money back.
