What if I want to initiate a message with a person''s public key? Would I just send them my public key using their public key without any messages at first? Or send an encrypted message along with my public key?

If I want to decrypt file using another computer it show error that there is no public key and if I import public key they told me no private key. Does this means if you change computer you need to generate new keys

saw the video, very helpful! quick question, i saved key to desktop but when i open it i can't see the key all it does is open GNU privacy assistant- file manager and then just shows the file but not the contents in the would i fix this?

When trying to get to the Public Key, the option for edit with notepad doesn't pop up. I've tried looking for other options but there doesn't appear to be any.

Assume someone had access to your computer, can he see your keys? I think when you've opened the private key with notepad++, it just opened without password. Correct me if I'm confused.
