Lecture 04: Borel Sigma-field on R and other sets

In this lecture, we focus on various generating classes of sets for the Borel σ-field on R. Later on, we also discuss the notions of Borelσ-fields on extended real number system, on higher-dimensional Euclidean spaces and on Borel subsets of R.
