Just bought a 2010 and am doing a reconditioning service. Your videos will be super helpful, thank you!

Thank you for these! I wouldn’t of attempted this job without your videos. I didn’t use the cam gear lock tool but it all seems to be good! I was careful and tied off the cam gear and did the adjustment. Not sure it was ever even needed 🤷‍♂️

Fantastic videos, I'm learning so much, I've done valve clearance on my suzuki bikes before but was not to confident on trying it on my 2020 tuono 🙁, I'll definitely be giving it a go now. I'd love to do a base line check now as I'm at 800 miles. Thanks very much for your time and effort.

Needing to do a valve check (and probably replace the cam chain tensioners) on my 2015 RSV4 Factory. Thank you for this video series!

Excellent videos...learning a lot of very helpful information for all motorcycle owners. Thanks for sharing and would love to see more of this type of video with commentary. Aren’t the valves on RSV4 Factory made from Titanium?

This is what it sounds like when James Bond does maintenance on his bikes.

great videos - but, just checking, on 4 stroke engine, the valves only open in 1 stoke of the 4 strokes. So on 4, 000 rpm each valve only is active on 1/4, so valves only opening 1000 times. Right? I think you said on 14, 000 rpm valve is operating 7, 000 times.

Great video man! I like the tid bits of info you toss us throughout. Would you suggest 0w40 if it's not getting changed as often as yours (every other track day) for bikes that rarely see the track? I just got my first RSV4 (2012 RSV4R ARPC) and bought it sight unseen from 8 hours away from an Aprilia dealer. They said they did a full valve service etc. First ride... loud tapping and red caution light. Took plastics off, started it for a short time to give it a close listen with the plastics off and found the rear cylinder is the culprit so I'm going to check the valves this evening myself this evening.

my 2014 rsv4 reaches to 119 Celsius how do you fix that? what could cause this problem? I already changed coolant. The weird part is when I turned the bike on it was already at 14 Celsius event though I haven't turned it on for a week.

I've installed a Pipercross filter on my RSV4 and it eliminates the two plastic frames that hold in the OEM. I used my phillips and tightened down the three (L/R/Bottom) screws pretty good. Are you suggesting just snug only or is there a specific torque needed?

Sprint airfilter or K&N? K&N already installed when i bought the bike. Airbox was full of dust and dirt, little sand also. Any thoughts?

Off topic what oil did you find that worked best in your 2013 rsv4? Thanks again

What’s a good grease to put in the main crankshaft for the bushings bearings
