Top 170KG deadlift single strapless with warmups from my previous pull session, my belt broke so I had to use another very lightweight weak belt that basically gives no support, so when my new much better belt arrives, I reckon this will move even faster!

i hit 170kg pr today and i reckon it moved pretty fast, about the same phase as your 170kg, but 175kg didn't even leave the ground

185-190 surely. Try a conventional max with straps after.

Is there any difference between sumo and conventional deadlift? My pr still on 150kg on conventional..or do I need to change my stance to sumo?

Do it on a comp bar with comp plates, what’s the point of using bumpers and a whippy bar. On this setup i reckon u have 185-190. On comp bar and plates maybe 170kg max

Judging by the speed of the 170, you have 192.5 as a one rep max
