If S10 and Note 10 series and A50 officially killed support by Samsung, you can install it with a custom ROM as they will no longer receiving updates.

Lately started overheating from time to time, which melted off the adhesive, and now the back panel is easy to open. Other than that, no issues.

I still use it and it works well, just the photos look a bit over-processed since the last update (which looks to me was intentional downgrate by samsung)

I'm thinking about buying A55, but I don't see much of a difference with this one which is still good 😂

Watching from my 5 year old A50! I do eyeing 23plus but this phone still in great condition. Apart from the vibration that no longer vibrating and delayed keyboard touch, i guess i can use it more for another 1, 2 year.

I had it when it got realesedbut my storage got full and nothing more to erase or to free its space so its started lagging and its battery drained so bad and got heated so badly that its back started falling. But it was a great phone now i have A54

Using a50 for almost five and half yrs....one word for it Robust...I never thought i would be using this long. Planning to change new phone due to ghost touch problem

I bought the refurbished one for $50 at the time this video was published. There's no need to spend $1000 on a phone. It will work for another 5 years easily. I installed Android 14 with a custom ROM. There is no slowdown. The battery easily lasts the day.

Okay phone. If you're on a tight budget, then fine. There are newer phones out there though. Try getting the A51 rather than the A50. I hate the lack of 4k for the A50. It's not a must-have phone, but i think it's just okay.

Going smooth from last 5 years.. Just battery 🔋 backup is reduced, confused whether to upgrade on a 5g phone or get battery replaced on this device.
