Not a plot hole....just a easy way to get them off screen. With all the main characters on screen in that scene Bronn and Pod aren't needed. Getting a drink while fancy folk talk is a very Bronn thing to do.

Nope it is well known that Lena Headey has in her contract that they are to never be on set together. That is way through out all 7 seasons so far they will or have been on the same set together. I am 100% certain that Bronn will some how find his way up to the north with Jaime. This is quite a common thing with actors to have in their contracts. Most actors are delicate flowers

George RR Martin is not writing the show. Basically nothing he wrote is effecting the current seasons. They past his story awhile ago. My dude I love your channel but holey heck this is a stretch

I find it hard to believe that Bronn is oblivious to the fact that Cersei wants to kill him. She's stated that desire several times to Jaime, for instance when Bronn set up the meeting between Jaime and Tyrion and Cersei knew about it before Jaime even confessed it to her. She said she knew and that Bronn should be killed for a traitor... and at least one or two more times before that (I know she attempted to have him killed at least one time in the book, but he killed the ones Cercei sent). But yeah, when Tyrion and Bronn meet up and are walking and talking on the way to the Dragon Pit, Bronn is bragging about how smart he has been and how good of a setup he has now working for Jaime AND The Queen (Cersei). Totally OBLIVIOUS somehow... it seems.
Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if he has a double-cross planned somewhere... or maybe Cersie will get to kill him. But one good hint is that Tyrion reminded him of his original deal on the road... that whatever he's being paid.. Tyrion will pay more.
Oh, and I DO believe the ex-relationship story about the actors. It could be easily proved or disproved.. and will all of the ravenous, and investigative fans and groups and websites dedicated to GoT news and rumors.. yeah, they would be all over that weak of a coverup lie.

It is quite possible that Bronn led Pod off to discuss their departure from aiding the Lannisters, if you remember Bronn said to Jaime during thier last battle, something to this effect, When it comes
to Dragons this is where we part company, He doesn't want to die a scorched corpse on a barren field, Bronn is there for the money, nothing more, he has no loyalty to the Lannisters, Bronn's loyalty is with those he directly serve, not to kingdoms or houses....if you have the money, you have my sword (though he never said that but it's true).
He lost his gold during the battle when it spilled onto the ground, he wants his gold back plus the other perks that was promised him, that is the ONLY reason he is there...aside from the fact that he
is a killer and enjoys it. Recall the talk between He and the Hound right before the Battle of Blackwater. The hound said "you are a killer, that's what you like best, only you're smaller"...and Bronn
responded, "Aye, but quicker". Nonetheless...it is quite possible that Bronn will change his allegiance as Jaime seems to have done at the end of season 7.

I love that idea & failed to even think of it. Each "amigo" is now a member of one of the big 3 camps. Tyrion is team Targaryen, Pod, Team Stark & Bron is team Lannister. Who better to either broker or bring the forces together or come up with some sort of plan involving the camps.

Jamie sent Pod with Brianne to protect Sansa, because he knew Cersi would have them both bri/sansa killed after Joffereys death.. so them two are now on the stark side, and the show showed Jamie leaving KL, and I'm sure him and Bron will head north, so all three will be on team Stark vs Nk. Jamie also free'd Tyrion before his execution. Jamie really set up everyone to go north to fight in the great war. He told Cersi one last time that they couldn't win, and when she refused, he finally gave up on her, and chose to ride north to fight with the North.
