In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6, 5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.

Can you please tell which city/town should be mentioned for the work history in EE profile section if the work location (city where work is performed and written in the body of job letter) is different than the company's main address (city written in the letter head of job letter)? Thank you!

Hi. I don’t have a college degree, but I’ve been living here since April 2022, have a significant amount of savings and have a Director level role with a Canadian company for over 12 months (unsure of NOC code, will need to check) Do you think the lack of degree will be an issue. Hey! I got ITA from express entry. Can I just show my husbands ( secondary)bank statements as proof of fund along with NOC or is it mandatory for me to show my bank statements too (being primary)?

I just want to ask if its ok to receive a gift deed to my SISTER IN LAW???

1. my wife is accompanying me.
plus our main pof are all in our joint account.

2. around 15% of our POF comes from her gift.
is it ok? or is it a red flag from the officer?

3. Also, would it be fine if i include the name of my wife in the giftdeed document to
strengthen and to emphasize close tie with the donor?

Thanks for the info! In my case, I'm going to be 50% sponsored by my father and the other 50% will come from selling my car. However, I'll only have those funds once I get my ITA (I have a 478 CRS under FSW program) so they'll only be for 1-2 months in my bank account. Will that be a problem?

Good Day to you Madam, My question is, I’m the Principal applicant for PR and I received my card last February 28 2022, How long does it take to receive notice from IRRC to submit my dependents(My family that included to my application as non-accompanying because i'm already here in canada since September, 2018) passport for travel visa issuance? For settlement funds amount number is the number you enter how much you have in the account + yearly salary? I.e. 13k in my account and my annual salary is 50k = $63k?
Or u just enter the 13k?
