UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres visits destroyed Ukrainian town - BBC News

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has said war in the 21st century is an "absurdity" as he visited sites on the outskirts of Kyiv that had been occupied by Russian troops.

Mr Guterres spoke to reporters in the town of Borodyanka, north west of the capital city, calling the war "unacceptable" and "evil".

He is due to meet Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky for talks on the situation. Earlier this week he travelled to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

And when some country decided to defend the oppressed nation it will also destroyed the one who are just want to defend and protect the helpless country because many are dying already I can't imagine such an evil still exist today!

The elderly in Ukraine have it especially hard. All their lives they made efforts to endure and do their best for a better future of the following generations, and they see how all that is destroyed in no time, walls come tumbling down on them literally. Its too much.
