bit if hard porridge lad, done a fair bit of bird when i was younger been out 6 years nearly now turned my life around through my faith, i lost everything when i was in my family my mrs and my kid. only you can make the change mate.

It’s because his family want nothing to do with him that’s why. I got locked up when I was young and dumb. My mother was having a triple bypass at the time and I didn’t have any phone credit. So the officers would phone the hospital up and keep me informed how she was doing. About a month later my cell door opened and this lady gov said I’ve got a surprise for you. She took me in the office and on the office phone was my mum. It was the first I spoke to her since I was in there. The gov had phoned up the hospital and the hospital said I could speak to my mum so she surprised me. Not all the prison staff are bad their human too. This guy has got a long sentence so obviously did something naughty and his family has disowned him. I saw this a lot of this in prison, they don’t tell the whole story and blame other people for their own actions.
I was a drug addict that’s why I was in there but the thought of loosing my mum whilst I was in prison made me wake the F up. This was over 20 years ago now and haven’t messed up since.

I’m 24 got 3.5 years when I was 20, did like 20 months total. Always felt bad for guys like this but you gotta realise some of them it’s their own fault they don’t help themselves. It’s still hard seeing blokes like this though with absolutely nothing or no one and another 15 years left of sitting in a cell with nothing.

I've been in and out of jail myself. I ruined my 20s but I had my daughter Ave 30 wish I'd had her when I was 20. I've been out since 2015 I couldn't stand not seeing her little face on a morning 😢 free the guys 😅 keep all the nonces locked for life

Get your head into it its best to cut all ties with that long let them live their life dont be a burden on them with your problems you made yourself i have always gave them the option to not speak to me on big sentances if they insist constantly by letter then they are bettet off seeing you but if they dont just let them get on with their life and not make them feel guilty about it
