Fix Windows 11 Headphones sound problem,Fix Audio Issue On Windows 11
Step 1) Check the volume levels/Volume Mixer
Step 2) Select the right audio device in Sound Settings
Step 3) Disable headphone in recording tab in sound control panel
Step 4) Set Sound Sample rate to 48/44k Hz in sound control panel
Step 5) Disconnect controller and USB Dongles if connected
Step 6) Turn off Spatial Sound
Step 7) Disable Oculus/voicemeeter Audio Device under both recording and playback in sound control panel, do the same thing in device manager
Step 8) Uncheck Handsfree Telephony

Step 9) Run Audio Troubleshooter
Step 10) Roll Back Audio Drivers
Step 11) Reinstall audio driver from device manager- Try automatic and Browse option
Step 12) Check for disabled device, enable it and make it default.
Step 13) Restart Windows Audio Service
Step 14) Perform Cleanboot
Step 15) Uninstall the audio driver and restart your PC.
Step 16) Install Audio Driver from System manufacturer website
Step 18) Update Windows 11
Step 19) Perform System restore
Step 20) Reset PC- Backup your data before reset as reset may result in data loss
Step 21) Run hardware test for Audio
