5 Things to Know BEFORE travelling to Indonesia🇮🇩

If you or anyone is planning to travel to Indonesia (Jakarta and Bali) soon, you need to watch this video. Here is 5 things to know before travelling down to Indonesia:
1) You do not need to do PCR or RAT test for Covid-19 anymore as of July 2022
2) Double vaccinated against COVID-19 and print the vaccine certificate
2) Download PeduliLindungi app on your mobile phone and enter your details plus the vaccination details. This PeduliLindungi app is also used to check in.
3) Visa on arrival for non-Indonesian passport holders will cost IDR500,000 or USD35. In Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport, they do not accept card so bring cash OR you can withdraw from ATM in the airport
5) Buy "tourist SIM card" when you arrive in Airport because local Indonesian SIM card will not work on mobile phone bought overseas. IMEI is for long term stay in Indonesia that might not be worth it for tourist. You can always use your overseas SIM card on roaming basis.
