it really shows how jeremy isn't sure what to do at that point

I like to think at 3:46 they start off saying no but then it becomes now as his thoughts get changed/blocked by the squip

3:46, it sounds like “no no no no” but squip is turning it into a now, but I also like the idea that when it starts turning into now, Christine is whispering to Jeremy to get the upgrade, when he starts singing “And I wasn’t sure before” he reaches for Christine, but she disappears and he faces the squip, also when Jeremy sings “I’m getting the upgrade right NOW!” Some of the background singers sound like they’re singing ‘No’ like it’ll be a mistake.
