Reduce the staff of the senate and congress as well/ They have too many advisers. consultants, speech writers, lawyers and body guards. Current senators are over reliant to their consultants because they don't know their job, and unnecessary expenses by the govt. Lesson learned, never vote for uneducated and unexperienced senators and congressmen. It will be a big savings for the govt.

Sad to say, there are employees who are not doing their job well. Contractual or regular, it should be fair to downsize

I think every department should send how many full time and part time employees. Then visit each facility to see how many are there according to payroll. I think there is too many in the payroll but least actually working., bcz some of the work still behind schadule..

In fairness to all the government employees. Rightsizing should also be done in the Senate and Congress where there's too many useless people just trying to look good on cameras and wait for their paychecks and make more money on the side.

Accommodations by Politicians.

Whoever will be left must undergo rigid training and skils are all qualified.

Most contractuals don't do anything and some are we called 15-30 payrolls.

If 10 employees can do it efficiently and well, why use 20? Rightsizing is just right.

I agree with this plan example in every new elected mayor of the city, mayor hire JOB ORDER worker that are not expert on their field. every new administration new seminars and training. It's a waste of gov't spending. And also this is one of the reason why gov't can't stop the contractualization or pass a bill related because number 1 who oppose is the gov't MISMO.

The politicians should be the first one in right sizing government employees since they have higher gross pay and net pay than the rest of government employees.
