Yesterday I got my first Mac ever (2014 13" MacBook Pro Retina) and the screen on this thing is totally stunning. Videos look better than on any other device I've ever used. Kudos to Apple!

Hyperdock has been an absolute life saver for me as a student... Being able to quickly snap a source on the left side of the screen and Word on the right, or simple stuff like dragging and dropping a list of files into another folder or Google drive... It is so much cleaner. Its a lifetime license, and I don't know what I would do without it. I'm pumped to try out the rest of these as well.

most people that hate on mac cant use the os or cant justify the cost to purchase. i actually like windows 10 but havent opened that laptop in 2 months cuz el capitan kicks major a$$

The ControlAir app is awesome! It was a hassle at first with finding out the suitable distance between the index finger and the camera, but once you find the right angle to access and play with the controls you find it's a convenient utility with its functions. :) Glad I ran into this video.

Honestly I think Alfred is like top 3 favorite apps of all time! It can do everything flashlight can do and much more!

Of those five I use Hyperdock and Bartender.

Hyperdock is really useful with the window snapping. Been using it for years because I'm missed feature from Windows.

I got that ControlAir app, and wow is that one cool app!  I had a little bit of trouble getting it to work at first, but once I got enough light casting on to the camera, it worked as advertised.  Great app for being free too.

Personally, Unclutter is the best! The first app I bought for my Mac when I got it a year ago and I've used it every day since. I consider myself a Mac power-user though, so if you mainly use this for Facebook and Youtube, then it might not be worth the price tag.

ALSO! Dont ignore "Grammerly", a huge productivity boosters for email, safari, and Word. I also use it everyday and paid the heavy price tag. Absolutely worth it.

I have been using MacBook Pro for 4-5 years and there was no single slowdown on my Mac although there are many hard programs like Logic Pro X. Plus my Mac goes for 5 hours with its battery (I know it can depend on the type of pc but software matters too on battery life). So Windows can be good in some areas but there hasn't to be comparison about battery life, performance and strength of operation system.
